The 38-year-old businesswoman used the N-word two times on today’s show as she quoted some of the insults her teenage son Harvey has been subjected to by internet trolls.
Speaking on the ITV daytime programme, Katie repeated back some of the offensive terms used towards the 14-year-old, who suffers from disabilities.
“Is it strong enough to call my son a ‘black, blind, n*****? Is that not abuse? Is it not a abuse to do a sex video on my son? They say he dribbles the ball, they call him a golliwog,” she told Phillip and co-host Holly Willoughby.
Phillip, 54, commented: “It is deeply, deeply offensive. People will be offended by the fact it’s been said. It’s deeply offensive language.”
After the second instance, Phillip was heard telling her: “You don’t need to say it again.”
Katie appeared on This Morning to discuss the horrific abuse her child has been experiencing as well as the petition she had launched to bring about a debate on the subject in parliament.

You don’t need to say it again
When asked at what point she finally decided to take a stance against the bullies, Kate said the moment came last year when someone made a grotesque abusive video in which they pretended to have sex with her son.
“I though that it is so bad, not only is it a child, just taking the micky out of him. So I went to the police, they arrested the guy, took all of his computers, phones, everything and because he hadn’t had a criminal record before they let him go,” she explained.
She continued: “They didn’t even caution him and my point was why could that have not been his first criminal record? The thing is, there’s nothing in place. They don’t know how to punish them.”

Katie Price has been petitioning to strengthen legislation against online abuse
Although there is current legislation in place to prosecute online abusers, Katie argued that it was not strong enough and did not tackle the problem effectively.
Katie explained: “Do you know what would be refreshing? If these trolls, online bullies, I would like to find one who would have the balls for me to talk to them or interview them and ask, ‘What goes through your head? Why do you do it?’
“Someone has to take time and go through this. What goes through their heads?” Katie asked.
Following her appearance on the show, Katie posted a video of herself on Twitter justifying her actions where she used the N-word again.
This Morning airs weekdays on ITV at 10.30am.
