AS THE countdown begins for the next series of Britain’s Got Talent, a new teaser shows Ant and Dec in an awkward mishap.

The long-running talent show is back next month with Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon and David Walliams returning as judges.
And in a special clip to promote the new series, Ant and Dec met a range of hopefuls which kickstarted a chain of events, resulting in them walking onto the stage without their trousers.
The comedy duo emerged wearing matching patriotic boxer shorts.
"It was quite intricate," explained Dec.

He went on: "It's a chain of events that result in us appearing in our boxer shorts in front of a live theatre audience.
"It was very embarrassing, like one of those anxiety dreams where you end up with no trousers on."
The clip, which premiered during tonight's episode of Ant and Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway, gave a glimpse of the bizarre, bonkers and brilliant talent that will be seen in the audition round.
The 11th series of the ITV talent show will feature a fire-eater, ballerina, cyclist and a hula-hooper.

Simon Cowell has recently signed a three-year deal with ITV that will keep Britain’s Got Talent and The X Factor on screens until at least 2019.
ITV’s director of television Kevin Lygo said: “Britain’s Got Talent and The X Factor are both big, brilliant, wonderful shows.
