The 20-year-old - who shot to fame alongside his father on Britain's Got Talent in 2009 - was reportedly busted by police after they discovered a "cannabis factory", worth an estimated £56,000, inside his property.
Firefighters are said to have found a watering system for 460 plants at the Enfield flat after investigating a reported leak.
It's claimed that Lagi purchased the apartment - worth an estimated £295,000 - with the money he made on the back foot of his Britain's Got Talent fame.

Despite owning the costly property, Lagi - who appeared on the ITV talent show at the age of 13 - is said to have lived elsewhere.
Lagi's father Demetri, 54, is thought to have been unaware of the alleged activity, and reportedly broke down when he heard the news.
A source told The Sun: "He burst out crying when he heard. Demetri's 100 per cent against drugs and will be furious about this."
The insider also claimed that Lagi and his father own a number of properties in the Enfield area.
