Dom was joined by wife Steph, who had donned a large black wig and knee-high boots to impersonate Cher.
The B&B owners looked perfectly at ease as they belted out the song, which was originally released in 1981.
Afterwards presenter Mel Giedroyc asked Miranda, who had stepped in to judge the show, what she thought of the performance.
The comedian and actress said: "I'm sort of scared and entertained in equal measure, mainly by the wig, which should be bigger.

"I mean this in a positive way, there was some excellent dad dancing. Dad dancing to the core."
Dom, 52, and Steph, 49, who left the hit Channel 4 show that made them famous last year, are parents to Max, 15, and Honor, 12.
Later on the show caused controversy after hosts from The One Show sang and danced to Lady Gaga's Born This Way.

A verse from the original song which made references to the LGBT community was notably absent from the cover.
This is the second time in over a month that a BBC talent show has omitted the lyrics from the song.
In February, viewers complained after Gary Barlow's Let It Shine performed Born This Way without the verse which begins: “No matter gay, straight, or bi, lesbian, transgendered life."
