Daniel confronts Sinead about her pregnancy on Coronation Street
The youngster recently learned that she was unexpectedly pregnant with her new boyfriend Daniel Osbourne (played by Rob Mallard) but the storyline is set to take a shocking turn.
Sinead (Katie McGlynn) left her long-term boyfriend Chesney Brown (Sam Aston) for Daniel but it wasn't long before their relationship was thrown into turmoil when they discovered they would be parents.
In recent scenes, viewers have watched as the couple debated terminating the pregnancy before deciding they were capable of raising the child.
But, just as they start to prepare for their new role as first-time parents, they will learn that Sinead has lost the baby.
Speaking of the upcoming plot, soap star Katie told the Daily Star: "Sinead is in tears and Daniel is devastated when they find out.

Sinead is in tears and Daniel is devastated when they find out.
"They've had to deal with so much when they still should have been in the honeymoon period of a relationship."
"They've just had bad luck, especially so early in their relationship," she added.
Before they learn the devastating news though, Sinead will feel pressurised by Daniel's grandfather Ken (William Roache) to end their relationship.
In upcoming scenes on the ITV soap, he will urge the factory worker to call time on their romance so that Daniel can take his place at Oxford University.

"Ken doesn't take Sinead seriously and wants Daniel to go off and do all the things he wanted for himself," Katie told the publication.
"She obviously didn't plan for this to happen - she's been thrown into the situation and Ken is not being very nice about it."
Coronation Street continues tomorrow on ITV at 7.30pm.
