'The scenes are harrowing' Corrie's Jack P. Shepherd CRIED over Kylie's exit storyline
JACK P. SHEPHERD cried for the very time on reading a Coronation Street script when he found out how his on-screen wife Kylie Platt dies.

Appearing on today's This Morning, the actor described Paula Lane's final scenes in the soap as "harrowing" while remaining tight-lipped on the cause of her death.
The 28-year-old, whose played David Platt for 16 years, said the pair were very emotional during their final shoot together.
When asked how much he could say about the storyline, Jack commented: "Just that she dies… all next week it's building up this happy relationship as Kylie and David plan to go to Barbados. Then she dies but I can't tell you how!"
The father-of-three continued: "As I was reading the scenes I was crying… the first time. Filming the scenes when she does die, we couldn't physically stop [crying]. They are so harrowing."

Jack's interview caused a buzz on Twitter, with one viewer posting: "Watching #ThisMorning with David Platt! I can't wait to see #Corrie next week! I need to know how Kylie dies!"
Another person agreed: "Why does Kylie die!? I need to make sure I have a few boxes of tissues in ready for that episode! #CorriesDavid #ThisMorning."
This Morning airs weekdays from 10.30am, while Coronation Street continues tonight at 8.30pm, both on ITV1.
