Red-faced Lorraine Kelly forced to apologise after Dr Hilary Jones swears live on TV
LORRAINE KELLY was left a little red-faced after her colleague Dr Hilary Jones swore live on air earlier this morning.
Lorraine Kelly was less than impressed with Dr Hilary's use of a swear word
The doctor's inappropriate comment meant a clearly flustered Lorraine had to apologise profusely to her breakfast time audience.
Hilary's slip of the tongue came after the presenter showed a clip of the TV doctor getting pranked by show guests Brian 'Q' Quinn and James 'Murr' Murray.
The short clip showed Brian and James - who star in Comedy Central's Impractical Jokers - pulling an adult-themed prank on the unsuspecting doc, which involved Murr flashing his behind to him.
Lorraine then turned to her colleague and asked: "Did you have any idea what was going on?"

I must apologise for Hilary saying a naughty word
To which a slightly disgruntled Hilary said: "In the words of Hugh Grant, b******s"
Clearly shocked at the use of a swearword, the Scottish daytime host gasped: "You can't say that!"
Hilary appeared to skim over the unfortunate mishap, and said: "I've been shown so many people's naughty bits..."
While the 56-year-old journalist interjected and continued with her apology, saying: "I must apologise for Hilary saying a naughty word," before she turned back to the doctor to ask "does that happen to you a lot?"
Dr Hilary insisted similar incidents occur all the time
"All the time," exclaimed Hilary, which unsurprisingly caused the entire studio to burst into fits of giggles.
Lorraine continued: "Seriously, a man would come up to you and show you his bottom?"
However, the inappropriate antics continued - despite being well before the watershed - with the comedic pranksters Brian and James then threatening to take off even more items of clothes.
Lorraine continues weekdays on ITV at 8:30am.
