Radio 1 DJ James, 30, was on the programme to discuss his gruelling Sport Relief challenge, which will see him completing five Triathlons in as many days in as many cities, whilst also hosting his Drivetime show.
Lorraine gave him a gift bag of helpful items to help him along his way, including a pot of chafing cream and very tight pink speedos.
“I’ve got you some presents, right,” she said, producing the bag. “I’ve got some cream that you can rub in. I’ll rub it in for you, if you want.”
As she continued to rummage in the gift bag, Greg comically raised his eyebrow at the nearest camera.

Lorraine also gifted him with undies

“I’ve got you some nipple guards,” Lorraine went on, then also giving him the tiny swimming pants.
Despite her concerns that they’re “too wee” to fit him, he quipped: “Particularly when I’m in the cold water, that’ll easily fit.”
The star had earlier revealed that the challenge will be hard on his “undercarriage”, saying: “It’s tough down there.”
On a more serious note, he said of the cause: “Obviously the challenge is one part of it, and that’s to get people interested in the whole focus of the challenge. They’ll hear me suffering and enjoy me going through pain… but I think its brilliant that Sport Relief have focussed it on [the refugee crisis].

“Going to Jordan was a complete game changer. The desperation of some of the people who’ve had to flee the places they absolutely loved, and they didn’t want to leave, to have to take everything overnight… Really lovely normal families like my family or your family.”
He added: “The word refugee has got a stigma attached to it but the thing I realised is that refugees don’t want to be refugees.”
The challenge begins in Belfast on Monday, February 8, and concludes on Friday, February 12.
Lorraine airs weekdays at 8:30am on ITV.
