EastEnders: Mick and Shirley bond over getting Craig Revel Horwood the cat out of tree
WHEN Mick Carter and his mum Shirley plan a secret meeting in Walford park, the warring mother and son get much more than they bargained for.
Mick and Shirley Carter save cat from tree
The pair have began rebuilding their tempestuous relationship in recent weeks - kind of - and will be forced to put their heads together when Carmel's cat Craig Revel-Horwood finds herself in a sticky position.
The poor puss gets stuck up a tree and with her owner afraid of heights, it's up to Mick and Shirley to get her down.
It seems their plans to meet unnoticed have backfired, but will Carmel spread word about the duo's hidden meet up?
Actor Danny Dyer is rumoured to be in the centre of an explosive New Year's Eve with reports claiming the Queen Vic landlord will kill his enemy Dean Wicks.
Mick and Linda to marry on New Year's Day
Speaking about their ongoing feud, after Dean raped Mick's wife Linda more than a year ago, the 38-year-old actor teased a massive storyline ahead.
He said: "I'm not allowed to give too much away. They said, 'We're gonna leave you this Christmas because last year we put it on you', but New Year's Day, here we f***ing go."
Dean Wicks may be killed off at the hands of Mick
Mick and Linda will be getting hitched around the New Year but in typical soap fashion, their big day isn't going to go to plan.
Danny added: "It's an EastEnders wedding so it's f***ed straight away, it's not going to be happy but it's another gift for me as an actor."
Mick and Ronnie have plotting Dean comeuppance
Spilling details on the spoiler for the first time on The Jonathan Ross Show, he revealed: "I have to wear a wetsuit so that says something, there's water involved! It starts off lovely and then goes a bit bandy."
He continued: "It's dark but it resolves a certain storyline with my missus.
"I have to get in the water, there's something in the water and I get in to sort it out."
EastEnders continues tomorrow night at 8pm on BBC One.
