The 23-year-old actor, who plays Ben Mitchell in the series, appeared on today's edition of This Morning to discuss the upcoming storyline ahead of the episode this evening.
Harry revealed that "particular families" - including the Mitchells - would be hit hard by the drama: "It's a life changing action that happens."
When probed for further details by This Morning hosts Ben Shephard and Holly Willoughby, Harry cheekily said: "Well, something happens!"
However, he did qualify his remarks and went on to say: "Well, we know Gavin's quite a nasty character. He's not physically nasty, he's intelligently very manipulative.

"So let's see how he plays with the Mitchell family's emotions. As much as they're bruisers, they're not the strongest."
Speaking about Phil's drinking, Harry said: "Yeah, it's his weakness, isn't it? It's the one thing that pulls Phil apart and it looks like a dark path but he's got his family around him, they'll stick together."
Ben has had a lot to deal with over the past couple of weeks after his mother Kathy Sullivan came back from the dead.
He has also had to contend with Gavin, who has been causing all sorts of trouble, including hurting Phil and leaving him in a vulnerable situation.

"He's got a bit of backbone since his mum's come back and he's needed that strength," Harry explained.
He confessed that filming the intense scenes with Steve McFadden, who plays Phil Mitchell, were "nerve-wracking" for the young actor and that he was "shaking" during the shoot.
"I had to go and lock myself away. You criticise yourself, well I do when I watch myself. Pulling myself apart because I was so wanting it to be good. It's such a big story," he added in relation to watching himself back in the episode.
EastEnders continues on BBC One tonight at 7.30pm
