Gilmore Girls star who dated Johnny Depp is totally unrecognisable today
A Gilmore Girls and Twin Peaks star looks completely different now compared to the days when she dated both Johnny Depp and Prince.
They're back! The return of the Gilmore girls: A Year in the Life
Gilmore Girls fans have had to do a double take when they’ve seen how one of its stars looks today.
The heartwarming noughties drama Gilmore Girls followed the everyday lives of mother and daughter duo Lorelai (played by Lauren Graham) and Rory Gilmore (Alexis Bledel) in their cute fictional Connecticut town of Stars Hollow.
Along with the usual suspects including Luke star Scott Patterson and Jess Mariano’s Milo Ventimiglia, actress Sherilyn Fenn portrayed not one but two characters during her stint in Gilmore Girls.
In season three, she played Jimmy’s (Rob Estes) bubbly girlfriend Sasha while in series six and seven, she was behind Anna Nardini, the mum of Luke’s daughter April.
Fast-forward to more recent times and actress Fenn is truly unrecognisable compared to her time on The CW drama.

Fenn’s character Anna Nardini had below the shoulder length dark hair and was more often seen in figure hugging outfits.
But during her last public appearance at the Emerald City Comic Con 2023, the 60-year-old donned a very different look, dressing very casually in a loose-fitting top, baggy jeans and a hat.
Prior to joining Gilmore Girls, Fenn was best known for playing Audrey Horne in the series Twin Peaks with her role earning the star both an Emmy and a Golden Globe nomination.
She had initially launched her acting career in the mid 1980s when she briefly dated Purple Rain singer Prince before appearing in a short film called Dummies with Pirates of the Caribbean star Johnny Depp.

Fenn and Depp dated for three years and were engaged before going their separate ways.
Nevertheless, there is clearly no bad blood between the pair as she gushed about Depp in an interview with The Big Issue in 2017.
She remarked: "He was very sweet. He was my first love.
“I had found real love. It was with someone who was walking the same path, but even if he wasn't, the love and the connection was strong enough — cooking meals, hanging out, laughing and crying…I know him as a human not a movie star."
Gilmore Girls is available to watch on Netflix.
