Fans have been given a sneak peek at the upcoming season of Grey's Anatomy featuring an explosive moment between two rivals.

Grey’s Anatomy season 21 will crank up the drama if the latest trailer is anything to go by.
ABC’s popular medical drama starring Ellen Pompeo as Meredith Grey will be returning for another outing later this month.
The series will begin with the bombshell that Catherine Fox (played by Debbie Allen) appears to be suing Meredith over ownership of her pivotal Alzheimer’s research.
She also has a heated exchange with Miranda Bailey (Chandra Wilson), who’s standing with the Grey Sloan interns this season.
“You think you’re God’s gift to this hospital?” Catherine warns her. “You’re just another doctor.”
Miranda doesn’t take the insult lying down, though, and delivers a swift slap to Catherine’s face.
Fans will have to tune in over the coming weeks to discover how Miranda’s violent reaction will permeate through the rest of the season.
Meanwhile, the rest of the team will carry on trying to juggle their complex personal lives with an endless series of patients with gruesome injuries and medical problems.
One particular grisly case will involve a bungee jumper whose cord snapped, plummeting him headfirst through a car’s windshield.
Richard Webber (James Pickens Jr) and Winston Ndugu (Anthony Hill) will be first on the scene, while Levi Schmitt (Jake Borelli) gets stuck into something a little more personal.
He’s seen confronting Jo Wilson (Camilla Luddington), demanding, “Why didn’t you tell me you were pregnant” after she’s seen fainting.
However, the biggest talking point was, of course, Miranda giving Catherine what’s been coming to her when the new teaser was shared on YouTube.
One fan commented: “Bailey still doesn't take s**t from anyone even 20 years later and I am here for it.”

“The fact that we had to wait all this time for Catherine to be slapped was criminal,” a third replied.
