If you’re a fan of gossip, arguments and drama, mixed in with looking around lavish properties, then Owning Manhattan won’t be one to miss as it premieres on Friday, June 28.

Who stars in Owning Manhattan on Netflix?

Ryan Serhant 

As CEO of real estate firm Serhant, Ryan Serhant is the leader of the team, having personally sold more than $8billion worth of property during his career.

He founded the company just four years ago and already, Serhant among the most lucrative companies and was ranked sixth in The Real Deal’s list of Top Residential Brokerages.

Originally from Houston, Ryan now lives in Brooklyn with his wife and daughter.

Savannah Gowarty 

Real estate agent and content creator Savannah has a background in custom home development with a passion for design and fashion.

She has been able to build a strong social media presence on TikTok, and is known for her Southern charm and negotiating skills.

Jessica Taylor

Given that she was born and bred in New York, Jessica Taylor has a great understanding of the various neighbourhoods and what her clients want.

She also works as head of communications for Screenshop which was co-founded by Kim Kardashian before being sold to Snapchat in 2021.

Jonathan Normolle

Newcomer to Serhant, Jonathan is outgoing with a strong work ethic and previously worked in the fashion and luxury industries.

He reportedly closes more than $100million in sales every year so he certainly will be one to watch.

Jordan Hurt 

Originally from Ohio, Jordan now lives in downtown Manhattan and volunteers at the NYC LGBTQ Centre and is about to launch his own cosmetics line.

Regarding his real estate work, he has more than 11 years of experience and has done more than $200 million in sales.

Tricia Lee

Tricia co-leads the Tricia Lee Team at Serhant with her partner Jeffrey St Arromand, focusing on home sales and luxury rentals.

She previously owned the award-winning nail and beauty bar chain Polish Bar Brooklyn and now has made more than $200 million in solo career sales.

Jeffrey St Arromand

Not only is Jeffrey a leading partner in the Tricia Lee Team, he is a three-time Emmy Award-winning sports television producer.

On top of this, Jeffrey is a public speaker on real estate trends and brand development.

Jade Shenker

Jade is a Top 30 Under 30 commercial real estate strategist who founded Serhant’s commercial division which has managed more than $650 million in luxury assets.

The Netflix star also serves on South Florida’s planning and zoning committees, as well as the East Village block association.

Chloe Tucker Caine

Chloe Tucker Caine grew up in a fashion-focused family but went into the world of entertainment, starring in the Broadway musical of Mamma Mia!

She is now seen as a powerhouse in real estate and lives with her husband in the Flatiron District.

Nile Lundgren

Nile has more than a decades’ worth of experience and holds REBNY’s Certified Negotiation Expert designation and teaches customer relationship management at Baruch College.

In addition to this, he hosts the podcast The Broker That Never Sleeps and has appeared on a number of news segments in the past.

Genesis is a former New York USA winner and is originally from the Dominican Republic.

Jessica Markowski

Jessica specialises in luxury and new development properties and facilitated more than $500 million in sales.

She originally began her career at UBS in London before making the move to New York in 2014.

Owning Manhattan premieres on Friday, June 28, on Netflix.
