The Traitors: Claudia Winkleman writes letter to contestants
The Traitors fans were left stunned after the faithfuls and the four traitors banished Sonja from the castle. At the beginning of the episode, Aubrey was the first faithful to be murdered by the traitors, before Claudia Winkleman revealed there would be a banishing later that night.
As they sat around the table, the remaining 21 contestants began to discuss who they thought was a traitor and why. Diane was adamant that Anthony was a traitor because of his behaviour on the first day, whilst Harry and Kyra both turned on Zak after his comment of "sleeping well" last night.
However, when it came down to voting, unfortunately for Sonja, she had been voted out by her fellow faithful's which left viewers at home furious.
As she stood to say her goodbyes, Sonja said: "Well guys, facts are important to me as they are to you. So here is a fact that I would like to confirm to you. And that is that I am a faithful."
Fans of the show took to their X accounts, formerly known as Twitter, as user @MasonBingley fumed: "Nahhh, this lot can get in the bin! What terrible decisions. #TheTraitors."
@jlb26_ commented: "SHEEPLE MENTALITY none of them suspected Sonja before the round table !!! #thetraitors."
@alittlebitadam added: "Evil evil people, voting for this queen #TheTraitors."
@haurielooper noted: "Justice for Sonja. #TheTraitors."
George Hand penned: "Sonja shouldn't have gone before Zak or Anthony and I wouldn't be surprised if Ross goes tomorrow for being the one responsible for her banishment #TheTraitors."

As the episode came to an end, the traitors began to think about who they wanted to murder and eliminate from the competition next.
The team decided that despite Diane being clever and getting on to Ash, it would be too obvious for them to murder her now.
They decided the three faithfuls they were considering to be murdered were Jonny, Meg and Kyra, leaving Harry to admit they were going to cause "chaos" with their choice.
The Traitors continues tomorrow from 9pm on BBC One.
