Richard Madeley says 'give it to the poor' when asked what he's do with £1m tax free
Susanna Reid couldn't help but roll her eyes as her Good Morning Britain co-star Richard Madeley made a remark about giving money to "the poor".
Competitions presenter Andi Peters had been reporting on ITV offering viewers the chance to win £1 million.
"Richard Madeley, I'm going to ask you because I've worked with Susanna for nine years - Richard, what would you do if you won £1million, first thing that comes to mind Richard Madeley is..."
"I'd give it to the poor," Richard replied before Susanna turned away from her co-star and rolled her eyes.
"What else are you supposed to say?" Richard asked, adding: "I don't know!"
"£1 million cash, tax-free?" He asked as Andi shrugged, amused.
"Tax-free, yes, in a big box in £20 notes," Andi explained.
"I'd try and think of something spectacular and creative to do with it that everyone can have a laugh at - I think," the broadcaster decided.
"Alright, lovely... Andi, thank you very much indeed," Susanna remarked.

The presenters had a similar interaction on Tuesday's show when Susanna grimaced over a bizarre story Richard cut in with.
Andi joined via video from Cornwall, where he had been talking about a competition.
"Not just my favourite place, but just hold that shot..." Richard commented.
He continued: "That island we can see on the horizon just over your right shoulder, that's Looe Island."
Andi pointed towards the island in the distance as Richard went on: "It's reported, and there is some historical evidence for this, that Jesus Christ landed on that island."
Susanna seemed lost for words as she looked around the studio.
Richard added: "With his uncle Joseph when Jesus was allegedly on his uncle's ship."
"Really?" asked a baffled Andi as Susanna pulled an uncertain face.
"Yes, his uncle Joe used to trade and lots and lots of ships landed on that island because it was a safe place to do business.
"And they think Jesus might have, as a 15 or 16-year-old, walked on that island."
Good Morning Britain airs weekdays from 6am on ITV.
