Deluded top Euro judge claims Brexit could NEVER happen saying leaving is just SPECULATION
THE deluded president of the European Court of Justice has whined he is doubtful over whether Brexit is ever going to happen.
The judge said he doubted Brexit would ever even happen
Despite winning 52 per cent of the vote in the June referendum, Koen Lenaerts does not agree with Theresa May that “Brexit means Brexit”, claiming the separation of the UK from the crumbling European Union (EU) might never even happen.
The judge said the UK wasn’t even a proper member of the EU BEFORE the referendum - because Britain opted out of the Schengen, shrugged off migrant quotas and received a rebate on its billions in annual contributions.
Osborne used scaremongering tactics before the Brexit vote
We’re completely in the dark on whether and when and under which conditions if it happens at all
Mr Lenaerts said: “We’re completely in the dark on whether and when and under which conditions if it happens at all.
“It’s all pretty speculative.”
The comments were made during an interview with a Dutch broadcaster
During the interview for a Dutch public broadcaster, the 61-year-old judge even said that is some ways, Norway is more of a member state of the EU than the UK.
Even though both sides of the referendum campaigned for months over whether or not the UK should stay in the EU, Mr Lenaerts argued that referendums are simplistic and do not produce the true outcomes.
Theresa May has always said that "Brexit means Brexit"
Farage calls for West 'to put the people back IN CHARGE of their lives'
He said: “The No camp automatically starts with a lead. And it was up to the Yes camp to persuade voters. In that sense it is remarkable the Yes camp got up to 48 percent.”
His comments comes as Britain’s manufacturing has reached a 10-month high despite George Osborne’s scare mongering predictions the economy would suffer after a vote for Brexit.
Fresh figures also revealed there has been a post-Brexit recovery in consumer confidence.
