Donald Trump has promised to declassify files on 9/11, Jeffrey Epstein, and John F Kennedy if he is re-elected this autumn.

Appearing on Fox News for its Fox and Friends show on Sunday, the former President was asked one by one whether he would declassify the material.

In response to each one, Trump simply said: "Yep."

Trump also said that, when he was President, he declassified “a lot of material” in the Kennedy assassination case.

The 45th President of the US also sent a warning to his opponents as his election campaign is disrupted by yet more legal woes.

He told Fox that he would get his revenge on his enemies by beating Joe Biden in November.

Trump said: "My revenge will be success.

"These are bad people. These people are sick, and they do things that are so destructive… if it weren't me, they'd be going after somebody else, and I know a lot of the competition. They wouldn't do so well."

His comments come after he was found guilty on all 34 criminal counts in his hush money trial.

Trump was ruled to have falsified business records after paying adult film star Stormy Daniels to cover up an alleged affair.

Following the trial's conclusion, Trump derided the judgment and branded the US a "fascist state."

Meanwhile, Daniels has called for Trump to be jailed after the guilty verdict.

She told The Mirror: “I think he should be sentenced to jail and some community service working for the less fortunate or being the volunteer punching bag at a women’s shelter."

Reflecting on the trial, she added: “You always feel like you’re the bad guy, even when you’re not just being up on that standard.

“Being in court was so intimidating with the jurors looking at you but I’m glad that the stuff came out in court that wanted to come out and prove, like I said, I’ve been telling the truth the entire time.

“It’s not over for me. It’s never going to be over for me. Trump may be guilty, but I still have to live with the legacy.”
