Major stations evacuated during double rush hour emergencies
EMERGENCY situations have hit two Tube stations sparking mass rush hour evacuations.
Bank and Monument Stations have been evacuated
Both Bank and Monument Tube stations in London are in the midst of an "emergency alert" amid reports of a fire.
The two stations are among the busiest in central London.
Commuters have vented their anger on Twitter while some suggested smoke can be seen at the station – although this remains unconfirmed.

Others claimed to smell burning in the area.
Underground lines including Northern, Waterloo and City and Central Line are not stoping at Bank.
However emergency services confirmed the incident was at Monument Station.
London Fire Brigade said there was smoke at Monument, but no fire.
Twitter users urged commuters to stay away from the area.
