Unlike last year, the popular royals will not be releasing any Christmas photos.
Kensington Palace confirmed the lack of Christmas spirit in a short statement.
A spokeswoman said: “They are not releasing a Christmas card this year.”

Express.co.uk understands Kensington Palace believes there have been a number of public moments featuring the family already this year.
Last year’s Royal card saw Prince George and Princess Charlotte take starring roles in the Christmas image captured by photographer Chris Jelf at Kensington Palace.
Both children have been seen in public increasingly this year, most notably during the Canada tour, leading royal watchers to think a card would be released.
Royal commentator Richard Fitzwilliams said: “Last year's card was enchanting so I'm surprised there will be no card this year.
“One of the reasons Christmas cards are such fun is that the choice of cards tells us a lot about those who send them.
“Usually those who don't send them never do. I once knew someone who deliberately sent them every two years.

“We shall await next year with interest as usually public figures are expected to send them and cards from Prince William and the Duchess of Cambridge, the world's most glamorous royal couple, have a special cachet and those who usually receive them will undoubtedly miss them.”
The family-of-four is expected to spend Christmas with the Duchess of Cambridge’s parents this year in Berkshire.
They were seen yesterday attending the Queen’s Christmas lunch for extended family at Buckingham Palace.
But despite the second-in-line to the throne deciding not to release a card, Prince Charles has decided to get into the Christmas spirit.
Prince Charles and the Duchess of Cornwall released their official card, featuring Croatian dancers, earlier this month.
It comes as the Queen and Prince Phillip abandoned plans to travel to Sandringham for Christmas today after they both fell ill.

The Queen, aged 90, was due to take the train from London to King's Lynn this morning at the start of what was supposed to be her traditional Christmas break at Sandringham.
A Buckingham Palace spokesman said: "The Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh have heavy colds, and so have decided not to travel to Sandringham today."
