Royal fans all say the same thing after Queen Camilla's equerry makes new appearance
Queen Camilla hosted a Christmas event at Clarence House yesterday and was supported by her equerry.

Queen Camilla stepped out on Thursday as she welcomed seriously ill children to Clarence House to help decorate her Christmas tree.
For 19 years, Camilla, 77, has invited families with children suffering from life-shortening conditions and severe illnesses, supported by Helen & Douglas House and Roald Dahl’s Marvellous Children’s Charity, to help put up the festive decorations on the royal tree.
As well as decorating the tree, the young children were also invited to have a hearty lunch of sausages and mash, and even got to meet Father Christmas.
While Queen Camilla received plenty of praise after the event as pictures were shared on social media, royal fans were also quick to react to pictures of her equerry Major Ollie Plunket.
Plunket, who was appointed as the Queen’s equerry in 2020, served in The Rifles before taking the job, according to The Sun. This is the regiment Camilla has been colonel-in-chief of since 2020 after succeeding the late Prince Philip.

Since being Camilla’s equerry, Plunket has helped to look after the Queen's diary and every day events
He has also assisted with official events, as well as providing support with engagements and military relationships.
Before his appearance at Clarence House on Thursday, where he helped children decorate the tree using a sword, he was seen just weeks ago as he laid a wreath on the Queen’s behalf on Remembrance Sunday.
However, it was his appearance this week that sent royal fans into a frenzy as pictures of the equerry by the Christmas tree in Clarence House were shared on social media.

As Plunket was appointed in 2022, it is likely he will remain Camilla’s equerry for at least another year, with people usually remaining in the position for three years at a time.
