Made in Chelsea star Freddy Knatchbull has turned a corner in his rather colourful young life - by trying his hand at writing a children's book.
Freddy is the son of Curzon Cinema's CEO Philip Knatchbull (the grandson of the 1st Earl Mountbatten of Burma) and his second wife, Wendy.
After reportedly being kidnapped by gangsters while filming for Made In Chelsea in Corsica and regularly breaking hearts on the reality show, Freddy has decided to do something worthwhile by penning a book called 'Pablo's birthday' about his two French bulldogs to help kids.
"I’ve been quite busy recently. I’m writing a children’s book. It’s me and my two French bulldogs. I’m the main character," said Knatchbull, star of Made In Chelsea.
"I wrote the whole thing and then my mum who used to read my kid’s books was like tweaking stuff. It's funny!"
Freddy, who is a great-grandson of Prince Philip’s uncle Lord Mountbatten, says he penned the book to help give children life lessons.
"I’m giving life lessons to children. I’m also getting an illustrator which is very exciting. Still can’t find a girlfriend but I have a book," said Freddy.
"The main point of this book is that you have to share with your friends or bad things are going to happen to you."
It’s not the only venture for the young model with royal connections. Freddy is also an events manager at society nightclub Raffles.
Freddy famously missed King Charles’ coronation in May last year to film last summer’s Made In Chelsea spin-off.

Freddy said of not attending at the time: "You’ve got to go to work, I’m afraid.

"I couldn’t fly back. I was filming that day."
