Prince William has tweeted a hilarious two-word reaction following England's dramatic extra-time win over Slovakia at Euro 2024.

England were losing 1-0 deep into injury time before Jude Bellingham's stunning overhead kick drew them level.

Harry Kane then headed in from close range at the start of extra-time before the Three Lions held on for the win that takes them into the quarter-finals.

Following the game, Prince William tweeted on @KensingtonRoyal: "Emotional rollercoaster! Let's go @England! Quarter finals here we come! W."

William, who is President of the FA, shared another post under his comment from the official England X social account which featured a photograph of Jude Bellingham kissing the head of Harry Kane.

Also sharing his thoughts during the game was Rishi Sunak who posted on X after Jude Bellingham's last-gasp equaliser against Slovakia.

A picture of the Prime Minister watching the game was posted was shared on the social media platform, with the message: "It's not over until it's over."

It comes after the Prime Minister earlier struck a defiant note, insisting the Tories could still win the General Election despite languishing in the polls.
