Meghan Markle's decision to leave the Royal Family was savaged by a royal commentator, who claimed she could have been "the most popular human on Earth" had she stayed.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex quit their royal duties and moved to the US back in 2020.
Now Lady Colin Campbell claimed the former Suits actress could have been even more popular as a working member of the Royal Family, than the Princess of Wales.
But she added that Princess Kate has now managed to "knock her [Meghan] for a six."
She told GB News America: "I don’t think Meghan is capable of regret.

"She isn’t Kate, her personality type is not that of somebody who learns from their mistakes.
"She blames everybody else for her errors. [...] She’s not capable of learning a lesson, which is tragic.
"For her personal character and personality flaws, she would have now been the most popular human being on Earth.
“Catherine wouldn’t be. Had she played with a straight bat, she would have knocked Catherine for six. Instead, Catherine has knocked her for a six."

Harry and Meghan have been estranged from the Royal Family ever since their departure in 2020.
The couple has made several explosive claims about the royals through a series of interviews, their Netflix docuseries Harry & Meghan, and the duke's memoir, Spare.
The Sussex pair are also said to currently not be 'on speaking terms' with the Prince and Princess of Wales, even though they sent their well wishes and had private contact with them after Princess Kate's cancer diagnosis announcement.
