The podcast will be released weekly and will focus on the hosts' takes on a number of "hot topics".
Speaking about her new adventure, the Duchess said: "There is nothing I find better for the soul than a cup of tea and a good chat, so I am delighted to be launching an exciting new podcast focusing on both of those things.
"With my great friend, the talented entrepreneur Sarah Jane Thomson, I am going to be exploring the issues of the day that affect us all.
"I hope Tea Talks will also allow us to share some of our personal experiences and stories along the way. It's going to be a fascinating journey and I hope you will join us."
Ms Thomson, who has launched a number of business endeavours over the past decades rooted both in media and cyber security, said to be "excited" to be sharing the spotlight with Fergie.
She said: "I'm excited to be sitting down with a cup of tea every week with my incredibly fun, funny and talented friend Sarah, aka The Duchess of York. We'll chat, laugh and challenge preconceptions and sometimes even set the record straight! It’s going to be a whole lot of fun."
Eager fans of the Duchess will need to wait a few more weeks to listen to the first episode of Tea Talks, to be released on May 25.
A teaser trailer has already been shared, however, and included brief clips from recorded episodes, suggesting the tone of the show will be light-hearted and fun.

In the 34-second trailer, Ms Thomson can be heard explaining what to expect from the programme, as she said: "It's about the highs and lows of everyday life - yours, ours and everything in the news."
The teaser ends with the Duchess telling listeners, after being invited to subscribe to the new show: "I dare you".
The podcast description also announced the two hosts will be joined by special guests and will share "personal insights to listeners' dilemma".
It added: "These two great friends will approach everything with infectious enthusiasm and a healthy dose of humour.
