Charles confronted on Harry and Meghan claims as King's asked if he's seen Netflix series
The King stepped out onto the streets on the same day as Prince Harry and Meghan Markle released their highly-anticipated Netflix documentary.
King Charles visits King's Cross as Netflix controversy rages
King Charles shrugged off a question about Harry and Meghan’s bombshell Netflix documentary as he stepped out for a visit hours after the first three episodes had been released. The monarch showed it was very much business as usual for the Firm today as he headed to King's House in central London.
Facing members of the public for the first time since the Netflix release, Charles did not respond when asked whether or not he had seen the docu-series. Without flinching, he continued to walk towards the entrance of the London community hub founded by King’s Cross Church. Just before entering, he waved at the crowds standing a few metres away.

During the engagement, the King met representatives of Christian communities, various local charities and volunteer groups.
Among those in attendance were the Archbishop of Canterbury, the bishop of London and the Coptic Orthodox Archbishop of London.
While he didn't share his thought on the Netflix series, the King appeared unfazed by the revelations from the hotly-anticipated Netflix docu-series.
Later today, the head of state is to attend an Advent Service at the Ethiopian Christian Fellowship Church.
Royal sources previously claimed royal aides for the monarch and Prince and Princess of Wales planned to quickly watch the three episodes in order to react swiftly to any damaging accusations against the monarchy.

The King and his elder son had reportedly prepared to put on a united front ahead of today in reaction to the show.
However, the programme hasn't so far included any major bombshell or disruptive allegations against the Royal Family.
Meghan and Harry opened up about their relationship and struggles with the media and the royals in their first product released for the US entertainment giant since they signed a deal with Netflix in 2020.
During the programme, the Duchess brushed off her engagement interview with the BBC as an "orchestrated reality show" and a sign she and Harry were never allowed, as senior royals, to speak about their story on their own term.
She also spoke of her astonishment at learning about the formality within the Royal Family and that she had to curtsy to the late Queen.
Among the few digs aimed at the Firm, the Sussexes claimed men in the Royal Family married for the wrong reasons and there is a chilly attitude toward hugging.
Describing her first meeting with the Prince and Princess of Wales, the Duchess said: "Even when Will and Kate came over and I had met her for the first time… They came for dinner.
"I remember I was in ripped jeans and I was barefoot. I was a hugger, always being a hugger I didn't realise that that is really jarring for a lot of Brits.
"I guess I started to understand very quickly that the formality on the outside, carried through on the inside. That there is a forward-facing way of being. And then you close the door and you are like, 'Oh, great. Okay, we can relax now'."
The Duke and Duchess also mentioned fears for their family's safety and death threats during the programme.
