Camilla heartbreak: Duchess' 'admirable' work 'forgotten' with 'focus' on Kate and William
CAMILLA, the Duchess of Cornwall "doesn't get as much credit" as she should for the "important" work she has launched, according to a royal expert.

Camilla, the Duchess of Cornwall, is being overshadowed by Kate, the Duchess of Cambridge, and Prince William, a royal expert has warned. Marlene Koenig spoke to Express.co.uk about the future queen consort's "admirable" work. She also explained why the "focus is always" on certain members of the monarchy.
Ms Koenig told Express.co.uk: "She will continue to take on more causes.
"They're not controversial, like literacy, but I think it's important that she highlights things like this.
"I think that's great.
"One of the big things she did was putting together a care package for sexual assault victims."

She continued: "I think that's awesome that she started this.
"I think it's very admirable.
"People might be like, 'She did what?'
"I think that's terrific."
The Duchess of Cornwall supports over 90 charities across the UK as either patron or President, including several passed on to her from the Queen in 2016.
Camilla 'will not be Princess Consort' says Koenig
The expert added: "She doesn't get as much credit because she's not young.
"The focus is always on the young.
"They sort of forget about what the older royals do."
A royal poll from the first quarter of 2021, done by YouGov, placed Camilla as the ninth most popular member of the monarchy.

She beat Meghan Markle with a 37 percent favourability rating against the Duchess of Sussex's 34 percent.
However, she was far below her eventual successor, Kate, who has a 59 percent rating.
Similar, the Duke of Cambridge is far more popular than his father,
Prince William is the second most popular royal with a 61 percent rating compared to Prince Charles in eighth place with a 40 percent favourability.
