Kate Middleton says they've spoken to ‘all the family’ online
Kate and Prince William have opened up on the importance of taking care of our mental wellbeing in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic. Speaking to the BBC in a 30-minute long interview, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge highlighted the "ups and downs" they have been experiencing over the past month, how they have kept themselves active and healthy and their worries for their extended families.
Kate and William have revealed they are keeping in touch with their families thanks to the technology.
And, they added, their three children George, Charlotte and Louis appear to have delighted their callers even during the lockdown.
Kate said: "I think [Prince Charles] and my parents and our families and things like that have really loved keeping in touch with the children, because they know it’s really hard."

Little Prince Louis, turning two next week, seems to be the more active during these phone calls.
Prince William said: "For some reason he sees the red button, and always wants to press the red button."
However, getting used to technology as a way to communicate with each other has been tricky at first for some of the older members of the Royal Family, as Prince William revealed amid laughter.

He said: "As you can imagine, the younger generation are a little bit more tech-savvy, but only just!
"I think we’re getting there now, the family are getting a little bit more used to being able to contact each other and pressing the right buttons and not dropping the computer halfway through."
After opening up on the worries that have personally affected them during the past month on lockdown, Kate and William urged people to seek the support they need if they are suffering from mental health issues.
The Duke of Cambridge said: "If we are going to go forward with more time spent in lockdown, then there is going to be an ever-increasing need for people to look after their mental health and take it seriously and also know where to go to get the support they might need."
William added people suffering from anxiety, stress or other crippling mental health problem must not think their concerns are not worthy of support because the NHS is currently fighting a pandemic.
He continued: "It's important that other people aren't forgotten and those who do need help, and do need support, and haven't necessarily ever had to think about their mental well-being, start to do that in this weird climate we're in"
Similarly, Kate said: "While that's hugely important we mustn't forget our mental well-being as well and making sure you're reaching out to those people around you that you have access to - even if it's over the phone or online to really make sure you have those conversations".
Kate and William recently lent their voices to the latest Public Health England's Every Mind Matters campaign.
Inviting people to use this online tool to asses which problems they are facing, the advert reminds Britons there are ways to "deal with stress, boost the mood and feel on top of things."
In the advert, William can be heard saying: "All over the country, people are staying at home to protect the NHS and save lives.
"It's not always easy, we can feel frustrated, miss loved ones, or get anxious."
