Meghan Markle and Prince Harry to split from Kate and Wills in ‘weeks’ with new Instagram
MEGHAN Markle and Prince Harry are set to separate their Instagram account away from Prince William and Kate Middleton, it has been revealed.

Currently the world is kept up to date on what both royal couples have been up to, including new pregnancies, royal events and speeches, from the Kensington Palace Instagram account. However, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are leaving Kensington Palace to live in Frogmore Cottage in Windsor and will be given a different social media handle. The full details of the split have yet to be disclosed but it is thought that the change will happen before the birth of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s first child in April, according to the Sunday Times.
According to E! News, the “first major division of the joint royal household will be of their media team”.
It comes at a time when Prince William, who is second in line of succession to the British throne, is receiving more and more responsibility as his grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II, is getting older.
Clarence House handles the special media for Prince Charles and his wife Camilla.
Last January Meghan Markle deleted her social media account where she shared various inspirational quotes, pictures of dog and friends with celebrity friends.
The Duchess had more than one million followers before she got rid of the social media account three months before she married Prince Harry.
Princess Eugenie is a royal allowed to have her own Instagram account as although she is a member of the royal family, she does not spend her days attending official engagements.
Before the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are able to move into Frogmore Cottage in Windsor, they are having various renovation works completed, including plans to add fireplaces, staircases and even a floating floor.
