If cleaning products work as well as lemons, why bother to use the lemons?

Lynsey Queen of Clean recommended using a few lemons to do the job.
First, slice them in half and pop the halves in a bowl of clean, cold water.
Make sure the bowl is microwave safe, of course!
Turn the microwave - with the lemon and water in the bowl - on full power for five minutes.
Lynsey said: “The idea is that the lemon will release the grease stuck in the microwave.
“This will make it really easy to wipe off with a cloth at the end.”
Take a clean cloth and simply wipe away the grease when the microwave cycle is finished, and you’re done!
