Astrologer shares June horoscope for all zodiacs ahead of the 'peak of the solar year'

This year, the sun will reach its northernmost point at 9.50pm UK time on the day of the Summer Solstice.

With just weeks to go until the poignant astrological event, which will occur on June 20, astrologer and celebrity psychic Inbaal Honigman has shared her horoscope predictions for all star signs.

Speaking exclusively to Express.co.uk she said: "The Sun is the ruler of the sign of Leo, so it primarily influences this sign, but the peak of the solar year touches everybody, so any projects such as business ventures, home renovations and even love stories will reach their peak this month, and will trail off afterwards.

"What's interesting is, that the Full Moon is only two days later, so any emotional situations will reach their peak then, too. The Moon impacts the sign of Cancer, and this full moon is in Capricorn, so those are the two signs that feel this full moon the most, but a lot of us can sense the moon's fullness when emotions run wild.

"The Sun and the Moon both reaching their fullness just as the zodiac moves from Taurus to Gemini will be felt across the globe. Expect celebrity splits and family feuds, and perhaps some people of influence announcing an overseas move."

Aries - March 21 to April 19

Inbaal said: "Your outgoing and outdoorsy nature fits well with the 'going out-out' vibe of Gemini season this month, but it's hard to balance your love of being fiery and active and the importance of resting a bit during such a joyful month of parties and events. June is a traditional month for weddings and celebrations, and for the first eight days, you feel like saying yes to every invitation, and carrying some party clothes in a bag, just in case. Those are the days that your ruling planet Mars is in your sign, active Aries, and you manage on no sleep at all. From June 9 onwards, however, this planet moves to peaceful Taurus, and you feel the urge to curl up and snooze a bit."

Taurus - April 20 to May 20

As Taurus season ended in May, those born under this star sign "didn't mind stepping out of the limelight", claimed Inbaal. She elaborated: "Your birthday celebrations died down and you enjoyed going back to your beloved calm and peaceful existence. But a few planets remain in your sign, so some attention is on you still. For the first two days this month, Mercury, the planet of communication is in Taurus, meaning your emails will be bursting with special offers, ideas and requests. Then, from the 9th onwards, Mars, the planet of passion, is in your sign so you'll be heartily pursued by the office flirt. And finally, Uranus planet of chaos is in Taurus all month, so expect surprises."

Gemini - May 21 to June 20

There's quite a lot of excitement in the Gemini sign this month in "Gemini season", claimed the astrologer. She explained: "Changes and shifts excite you! From June 3 to 16, Mercury, the planet of communication is in your sign, meaning you'll receive a lot of attention online. Job offers, party invites, and a not-so-secret admirer add to your already busy schedule. In addition, Venus, the planet of love is in your sign from June 1 to 16, so romance will take centre stage. And finally, Jupiter, the planet of wealth is in Gemini all month, so you can expect random instances of good fortune coming your way."

Cancer - June 21 to July 22

Cancer season follows Gemini so it's not long for those born under this sign until they celebrate a birthday. The astrologer said: "Cancer season officially starts on June 21 with the sun going into your sign. This means that you're centre stage, and life goes the way you want it to go. During Cancer season, everyone is a little more Cancerian, so your family-loving, calm ways are shared by all. But the season starts a little earlier this year, as on June 17, two extra planets enter your sign. Mercury, the planet of communication and Venus, the planet of love will be in your sign from the 17th onwards, so the peaceful, homely vibe is enhanced threefold."

Leo - July 23 to August 22

Inbaal continued: "The Summer Solstice is the time that the sun is at its peak - and the year reaches its natural zenith. As you are ruled by the Sun, the impact will be felt by you more than others. Back during midwinter, starting at the Winter Solstice, when the day is shortest, you start to grow bolder and gather strength, you become more empowered, happier to speak up and have all eyes on you, and more confident with taking risks around business. Then, on June 20 this year, the longest day gives you a powerful boost. You feel strong, and happy to take a chance! And from the next day onwards, you're calmer and quieter."

Virgo - August 23 to September 22

The astrologer said: "You're not a big fan of unexpected hairpin turns, and this month holds a few, so be prepared. Your ruling planet, Mercury, which is the planet of communication, visits three signs this month. This hasn't happened since February, so think about whether you found February to be manageable or challenging. The month starts with Mercury in peaceful Taurus, so the first couple of days are about books, long stretches in the garden and a long icy drink. This drink changes into a cocktail from June 3, as Mercury moves to party-loving Gemini until June 16, and you are invited to join friends on nights out and celebrations. From Monday 17 you get to chill with Mercury in home-loving Cancer, and those weeks will find you visiting family, laughing and relaxing with your nearest and dearest."

Libra - September 23 to October 22

Libra's ruling planet, Venus, a planet of love and beauty, is a planet shared with the sign Taurus. This means that every day of the year, the Libran bond with Taureans is healthy and fruitful. Inbaal added: "The pair of you are signs that love to love. This month, Venus is in lockstep with the planet Mercury, the planet of communication. Both Venus and Mercury move from fun-loving Gemini to sensitive Cancer on June 17 - Mercury rules the signs of Gemini and Virgo, the two most communicative signs. Look out for any other Libras, Taureans, Geminis and Virgos who will be in the same boat as you this month, joining you on away days with work, pairing up with you at the gym or matching with you on your favourite app."

Scorpio - October 23 to November 21

Inbaal warned: "Your modern ruling planet Pluto, the planet of transformation, is going retrograde all month long, which will help you stay stable and balance your moody moments. You're lucky enough to have more than one ruling planet, and your traditional ruler is Mars, the planet of passion. This one chills out this month as well. It starts June in the fiery sign of Aries, so you'll be active and sporty until June 8, then shifting to the calm sign of Taurus. This month, don't be surprised to find yourself lying by the side of a pool, cocktail in hand and a book on your knee, plotting peaceful fantasies."

Sagittarius - November 22 to December 21

The astrologer continued: "For you, Sagittarius, every month is party month. You love a drink and a boogie, and you're a born socialiser. This June, your ruling planet, Jupiter, is in the fun-loving sign of Gemini all month long. This means that you find invitations in your inbox every day. Weddings, product launches, garden parties and leaving drinks. Jupiter remains in Gemini until the end of the year and beyond, so get ready to have lots of months with the same energy. Jupiter is a planet of wealth, so some of those social occasions could put you in the path of a future investor or a new boss."

Capricorn - December 22 to January 19

The full moon in Capricorn comes just once a year and is nicknamed the Strawberry Moon, the Hot Moon or the Rose moon. According to Inbaal, the 22nd is the actual date of the Capricorn full moon, and warned: "Make sure you prepare ahead of time - look at your spreadsheets, see if you're happy with your bank balance, make a list of what you still want to achieve, and then go outside and light a candle." She added: "You're a practical sign, Capricorn, so you will work hard for your goals no doubt, but the full moon can give you an extra boost. A candle flame is a spiritual way to help your wishes travel to the other worlds, give it a try, what have you got to lose?"

Aquarius: January 20 to February 18

Inbaal said: "The social justice warrior of the zodiac, you look after the big things - rules, laws and collective habits. You don't worry about smaller things like work gossip or which cocktail to order Friday night. This tendency to want to look after everybody else means that you're never in a hurry - when you support those around you, you take things at their own pace, so you don't pressure yourself to find love too quickly or achieve a target at record speed. Just as well, because your ruling planet, Uranus is in peaceful Taurus all month, so that nothing happens too fast for you - postal deliveries will come at their own time and your chat with the manager can be postponed, which is great! More space to breathe for you."

Pisces - February 19 to March 20

The psychic claimed: "The past few months have felt quite intentional for you, Pisces. Saturn, the planet of karma has been in your sign for the past 15 months, and Neptune, the planet of illusion has been in Pisces for the past 13 years. This is very positive for you and helps you move your life forward in your chosen direction, you find yourself surrounded by people you love and you're successful with job applications and house moves. After so long of being flanked by those two planets, what is new? Both those planets are about to go retrograde, which can turn some previous successes on their heads. As both planets gear up to reverse, make sure that your passwords are saved and your bank notes are printed out in a hard copy. Saturn goes retrograde on June 29, and Neptune early next month."
