Fitting your clothes into the wardrobe can be tricky. Between buying the new, and never wanting to throw out the old, it's easy to run out of space.

But, luckily for us, a woman has revealed a simple way to boost your storage space, and you need very little to make it work. Mollie Miller, aka therenegadehome on Instagram, is known for sharing DIY advice online.

From painting advice to how to make handy things for around the home, she's full of useful tips. Now it's her closet hack that's got everyone talking.

She said all you need is a towel rack and some hooks and - voila - you have some extra clothes racks. You can hang them inside or outside the cloest - wherever you have the most space.

And - not to mention - you don't only have to use them for clothes. Mollie has also used the trick to hang paint brushes in the garage, and she's also used them as coat hooks too.

Since she shared the video, it's been liked over 200,000 times, and her followers were quick to comment too. People said the idea is "great", and they seemed keen to try it out.

One person said: "Omg! Genius. So sick of folding stacks of jeans then just repeat wearing the same few pairs that are easy to grab. Love this - thank you."

Another wrote: "I've needed an idea for all my cardigans - thank you. Now, where to put it?" A third replied: "I was just saying I have so much stuff everywhere. Thanks for this video."

Meanwhile, a fourth commented: "This is genius. I have a weird angled wall in my closet, and now I can finally fill in that empty wall."

Even though many people raved about the trick, some did have concerns. There were a few who were worried about how much weight the racks could hold.

Mollie cleared up the concerns though, writing: "It's in a stud, and ancoured with a 75lbs anchor, hasnt budged in over two years. If properly installed, it won't fall out."

Others were also quick to laugh at how many jeans Mollie seemed to have, with one writing: "You have too man jeans - just saying."

Another quipped: "Too many clothes. Stop buying clothes." One more added: "This is a game changer for my boys and their hoodies."

Whatever you think of the hack, it's sure got a lot of people talking. Not to mention, it's a super easy way to create some extra storage space in a hurry.
