While it may not be the healthiest option out there, few can resist the allure of a delicious pizza.

Takeaway pizzas are undoubtedly the most indulgent way to savour these cheesy delights, but supermarket frozen pizzas are a close second - particularly if you're trying to save some pennies on pricey takeaways.

However, one common issue with frozen pizzas is that they typically require cooking in their entirety. This isn't a problem when you're ravenous, but there are instances when you might not fancy the whole pizza.

Perhaps you're preparing a meal for little ones or just want a quick bite for lunch; in such cases, a slice or two would suffice.

If you've ever found yourself frustrated at having to cook a whole pizza only to end up reheating leftovers or worse, discarding them, then a food enthusiast on TikTok has the ideal solution for you.

A TikTok user named Madi has revealed that you don't actually need to cook the entire pizza at once. Instead, you can use a sharp knife to cut through the frozen pizza, separating it into individual slices that can be cooked as and when needed.

Even better, these slices can be tossed into an air fryer instead of an oven, helping you save on your energy bills simultaneously.

In her video, the TikTok sensation showcased a game-changing kitchen trick as she declared: "You guys know you can just cut out a slice of pizza that's frozen and then throw it in the air fryer, right?"

The method might sound straightforward, but it struck many as a revelation. Users were flabbergasted on the social media platform, with one flummoxed user proclaiming: "Pardon!? Mind blown."

Another echoed the surprise, asking: "Why have I never thought of this?"

Yet not everyone saw the value in cooking a mere single slice of pizza, with some dismissing the hack as "useless". It was this critique that spurred the original poster, Madi, to double down in a response video where she outlined scenarios where the hack could shine.

She elaborated: "Broke college students trying to stretch out how much food they have, someone who's just looking for a quick lunch, it helps with small children and I've had a lot of people tell me this is going to be really useful for that, and really just those that are looking to not have a heart attack by the time they're in their 30s."
