MITSUBISHI are to unveil the first in a new generation of SUVs at the Geneva Motor Show 2017.
The all-new Mitsubishi concept SUV to be released at Geneva Motor Show
Mitsubishi join the likes of Subaru who are also lining up to release a new SUV at the Geneva Motor Show.
Details of the new 4X4 have been kept fairly secretive but the company have syndicated a number of concept images revealing its design.
The car's frame is sleeker, sportier and more coupe-like and its front-end looks like a design blend of the Toyota Aygo and Lexus LS.
The rear end of the car is distinctive, daring and features muscular fenders, protruding LED light panel and bonkers new bumper design.
Perhaps it is a bit too chaotic and bit too out there.
It is like the bumper design was split into three pieces and three departments were responsible to design each section without consulting with any of the other designers.
However despite its appeal being divisive, like Toyota found out with the C-HR, the bolder and more unique designs can be successful.
Mitsubishi say the new SUV with line-up alongside the Mitsubishi Outlander and ASX in the mid-size SUV range.
This indicates that prices could be between £15,000 and £34,000 and be four-wheel drive.

Mitsubishi say that the new car, which remans nameless, will reinforce the brand's identity of being 'stylish, tough and extremely capable.'
Full details are set to be unveiled along with price and specs on March 7 at the Geneva Motor Show.
