THE OSCARS have been and gone for another year, with The Shape of Water taking home four statuettes.

The ceremony took place in Hollywood overnight, with Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri also faring well - it won two gongs in the acting fields.
Dunkirk took three prizes, all in technical categories; and other films to win twice were Blade Runner 2049, Coco and Darkest Hour.
Get Out, Call Me By Your Name, I Tonya and Phantom Thread didn't walk away empty handed either.
