Ian Brady deserves neither mercy nor compassion
KILLER Ian Brady is a vile, narcissistic, control freak who should be afforded neither mercy nor compassion for his role in the gruesome Moors Murders and his subsequent refusal to say where one of his unfortunate victims is buried.
While his taxpayer-funded appeal as to his level of sanity is an affront to us all, the £250,000 could be seen to have brought one good result.
Far from being a controlling, demonic figure, Brady is a contemptible clown. He claims to have been on hunger strike for 13 years but likes to make himself toast and a mug of tomato soup every now and again and spends his time chatting to the television.
He is said sometimes to follow the media, so I do hope someone can put the following in front of him:
You are a repulsive, deluded low life. You think you are Jack the Ripper; we think you are a 75-year-old contemptible clown.
We don't fear you, we are laughing at your inadequacies. When you go to your grave (with many, many years of anguish still ahead I hope) you will be remembered as a sad, lonely, loser drinking tomato soup and shouting at the telly. Good riddance.
