The Tories with Farage is the only way to stop Starmer destroying Britain

It feels like a death – a death you know is coming but then, when it does, it still devastates. Right until the end, you hope, you pray, everyone’s got it wrong. But the cataclysmic truth is that they haven’t. It IS the end.

And so it is for the Tories.

We now have a political landscape where once the Tories were front and centre but now they barely feature. They’ve been scratched out by a lacklustre man and a party no-one has any real appetite for, by a nutso voting system that isn’t representative of voters and by a silver-tongued rabble rouser called Nigel Farage – the REAL winner of this election.

Farage is one of the few politicians able to tap into what people really think and who isn’t afraid to call out the nonsense spouted by mainstream politicians who treat the electorate like fools.

He's the new Pied Piper of Politics – and the Tories ignore that at their peril. And the reason support for him will continue to rise long after the reverberations of this “landslide” subside is that the people who voted for him did so because they’re sick of being told they’re bigoted racists just because they have very real concerns about immigration. And every time they’re told that (by the bigoted Hard Left) support for Reform and Farage will rise.

Both have been the REAL story of this election because they’re at the heart of a growing rebellion by voters who feel ignored, and this farce of a Labour “landslide” isn’t going to dampen the fire that’s raging in their bellies. As one writer smarter than me put it: “London pundits analyse Farage and his party like chimps confronted by a Rubik’s cube.”

And he’s right. Because even now those in the Westminster bubble don’t get it. They’ve written off the people at the heart of this rebellion as thick bigots who’ll soon pipe down once Labour starts doing its thing.

Only they won’t. And if the Tories want to survive, they need to find a way to join forces with Farage to reinvigorate the Right and bring it to a point where people trust it again.

I’m sitting here writing this thinking, ‘how the hell can Labour have won a “landslide” with just 34 per cent of the vote?’ – they took two-thirds of the seats with just one third of the vote. How the hell can that be right or representative?

Meanwhile, the “change, change, change” Starmer has been banging on about for weeks (in lieu of actual policies) is coming. And I wish I could see this as a bright new beginning. But I can't. When Blair won in ‘97 me and millions of others DID see the need for change, and we believed his promise of a “new dawn”. But Starmer’s Labour Party isn’t Blair’s. It’s an extremist, socialist Hard Left Party that will damage this country irrevocably.

I keep hearing, “Well, they can’t be any worse than the Tories”. Well, just watch… and then weep. Just look at the main players – Rayner, Lammy, Reeves. Just watch them rob you blind and embarrass us, not just here but on the world stage. Watch them raid people’s pensions and savings, watch them tax us and take what it’s taken hard-working folk a lifetime to accrue.

Sell your house and Starmer’s going to take a chunk. Your council tax is going to rocket and Labour’s ludicrous race to Net Zero is going to cost us £116billion over the next 11 years.

Watch them fling open our doors to tens of thousands of illegal migrants who now see Britain as the Promised Land – with benefits. Watch them do whatever the hell they want because there’ll be no effective Opposition to stop them.

On top of all that, we’re going to be living in woke hell where rights for women and the majority will be crushed to accommodate the rights of minorities.

There’s no bright new dawn for Britain here. The people of this country have opted for the nuclear option and we’re about to become a one-party socialist state. The super wealthy are already getting the hell out but the rest of us have no choice but to stay and face the consequences of our so-called democracy where a party can win a landslide on 34 per cent of the vote.

Yes, the Tories deserve their armageddon. They refused to listen to the warnings. They refused to change and they refused to stop scrapping like cats in a sack. They also forced a leader on the British people against their will believing they knew better. What they forgot is those people could end them. Which they did on Thursday.

All that’s left now is the fightback. The Right will have to reform with the help of Reform UK and Farage. And those arrogant Tories who have hitherto sneered at and dismissed him can do so no longer. He’s the man with the pulling power, the man who’s going to lead the revolt against this new government and who’ll be calling out its every wrong move. HE’S going to be the one making the headlines.

The Tories are already in a leaky lifeboat and unless they want to sink without trace they need to find a way to work with the only bloke who can save them.
