The 29-year-old actor, who is best known for playing Ross Barton in the ITV series, was "over the moon" to walk away with four gongs during the star-studded event held at London's DSTRKT.
Michael looked pleased as punch to be awarded Best Actor, Best Bad Boy and Sexiest Male thanks to his gripping performance in recent dramatic storylines.
He also shared the acclaim of Best Affair for his steamy sordid romance with his brother Pete's (Anthony Quinlan) wife Debbie Dingle, portrayed by Charley Webb.
"Being nominated is one thing, but to win it – especially when all the other soaps have had such a strong year," Michael said.

Cutting an effortlessly dapper figure in his casual attire, Michael donned a monochrome striped t-shirt which he fetchingly coupled with matching socks.
He finished off his award-winning look with a pair of skinny black chinos and a simple pair of dark shoes.
Meanwhile, Emmerdale managed to take home the most awards of the evening, a total of eight, including the prestigious Best Soap gong.
On top of Michael's quadruple, the Yorkshire-based drama was also awarded Best Newcomer, Best Young Actor and Best Partnership.
