Coleen Nolan has received a heartfelt boost from her co-star Ruth Langsford after revealing an exciting career development to her followers. The Loose Women favourite excitedly shared that she would be publishing her new book, 'A Hand to Hold'.

Described as the ultimate comforting, empathetic, and supportive guide for anyone grappling with loss, the multi-talented singer, presenter, and advice columnist drew inspiration from her personal experiences and her podcast dedicated to discussing grief.

The much-anticipated 'A Hand to Hold' hit the shelves on Thursday (August 29), and Coleen celebrated by posting an Instagram video showcasing her book appearing in various locations around her Cheshire home, the surrounding rural areas, and places close to where she works.

In her post, Coleen expressed her emotions: "It's finally here! A Hand to Hold is officially released today! I poured my heart and soul into this book, and I hope it provides comfort, support, and a sense of companionship to everyone who reads it."
