BBC Breakfast star Carol Kirkwood's appearance leaves fans saying same thing in glam snap
BBC Breakfast's weather presenter Carol Kirkwood appeared on The One Show to speak about her latest project.
Carol Kirkwood sent fans wild as they swooned over her latest snap. The BBC Breakfast presenter, 62, appeared on The One Show on Tuesday (July 24) to discuss her new novel, Once Upon a Time in Venice.
Around the time the episode aired, Carol took to Instagram with a snap of herself standing next to The One Show logo. The BBC star looked sensational in a blue and white patterned dress, with her blonde hair swept up into an elegant updo.
The photo sent her followers into meltdown as they flocked to the comments to voice how incredible she looked. "Absolutely beautiful what a bonus to see gorgeous Carol on the one show," wrote one viewer.
Another penned: "Wow wow one show carol. You looked gorgeous." A third agreed: "Looking gorgeous Carol." Echoing this, someone else posted: "Wonderful pic Carol,you look beautiful,and such a pretty dress too."

Tom Allen joined the Scottish star as she spoke to presenters Alex Jones and Anita Rani about the book. Explaining why she chose to set the scene in Venice, Carol said: "[Venice] has everything. It's romantic, Casanova lived there, it's got history, it's got art and culture."
She continued: "It's got little alleyways as well which, when you walk down, you can get lost in. There's no street lighting, so it's great for hiding secrets."
The book is centred around Gina Bellini who works as a concierge in a hotel, based on the real-life Cipriani Hotel. But Carol revealed the character is harbouring a dark secret which could ruin her career.

Meanwhile a fifth added: "What a gorgeous dress Carol. You look absolutely beautiful and your hair and makeup looks lovely."
Carol announced she had written a new book back in May. She wrote on X: "I'm delighted to announce that I have a new novel coming in July called #OnceUponATimeInVenice.
"This time I'm whisking you away to Italy where masquerade balls, opera stars and Hollywood all collide in a sizzling romance." Once Upon a Time in Venice is Carol's fourth novel after writing Under A Greek Moon, The Hotel on the Riviera and Secrets of the Villa Amore.
