Piers Morgan's three-word reaction to Donald Trump's hospital dash after shooting
Donald Trump has been released from hospital after the former US President was left bleeding from his ear after gunshots rang out at his Pennsylvania rally, leaving attendees in shock.

Piers Morgan was inundated with messages after the Uncensored presenter reacted to the alarming video. Donald Trump was shot in the ear during an assassination attempt at a campaign rally in Pennsylvania on Saturday (July 13).
The former president, 77, was shot by a man named by the FBI as Thomas Matthew Crooks, 20 on a rooftop while spoke to a crowd during his rally. Piers, a friend of the former Commander In Chief, shared his horror following the incident.
The 59 year old admitted he was relieved that Mr Trump was "not badly hurt" in a candid post. Piers told his 8.7 million followers: "BREAKING: President Trump is out of hospital and now home in New Jersey. He’s walking without aid as he walks down the plane steps, thankfully suggesting he was not badly hurt in the shooting."
In a three-word response, he said: "Very good news."
The presenter's followers flocked to comment on the post as many sent their well wishes to the former US president.
One wrote: "Thank God. We been praying all day today."
Another penned: "He is going to come back even stronger and mightier." While a third said: "President Trump is an incredibly brave man, a hero fighting for us!"
Another penned: "Very good news!"
A fifth mused: "This was a failure by the secret service. I never imagined witnessing a real life House of Cards." Others suggested Trump was very fortunate, as another penned: "Walking without aids? - It clipped his ear?"

In a later post, Piers predicted Trump's future as he seeks to be re-elected as a sitting president in the White House.
Following the shooting Trump threw his fist into the air in a triumphant stance as blood seeped out from his ear.
Piers tweeted: "Already one of the most iconic photographs in American history - and one that I suspect will propel Donald Trump back to the White House."
Social media users reacted as one penned: "He is certainly going to win by a significant margin at this point in time."
Another commented: "People believing this was staged forgot about what happened to JFK and Lincoln." While a third argued: "Trump is going to lose."
Mr Trump was seen clutching the side of his head and dropping to the ground as the crowd screamed. Secret Service agents rushed the Republican off stage before he gave a defiant fist-pump in the air.
One audience member was killed as the bullets rained down, while two others are in a critical condition.
He received hospital treatment but has now been discharged. Adviser Stephen Moore later told the BBC had the bullet struck one inch to the right "we'd be talking about an assassination".
