Jennifer Lopez is facing allegations of "diva behaviour" and a peculiar "no eye contact" rule.
The singer, who recently had to cancel her upcoming tour, has been accused of being difficult to work with.
These claims have emerged on social media following US TV personality Meghan McCain's recent tirade against J.Lo, 54, in which she labelled the singer "unpleasant".
More accusations have since been levelled at the Hollywood star.
Amid rumours of an impending divorce from husband Ben Affleck due to serious marital issues, it's alleged that J.Lo enforces a "no eye contact rule" for crew members and other hired staff.
One insider even claimed that the singer is very particular about who gets to look at her.
One Twitter user shared their experience: "A friend of ours worked lighting backstage at one of her concerts. All of the workers were strictly instructed: DO. NOT. LOOK. AT. MS. LOPEZ. There's to be NO. EYE. CONTACT."
"I knew people who worked at Mohegan Sun (a US casino) and they were instructed to totally avoid eye contact with J Diva," another insider alleged.
"They still laugh about her to this day because far bigger celebs have appeared there that have been far more gracious and friendly.
"Per my insider friend, her limo drivers were instructed the same, they couldn't even look at her in their rearview mirrors," a third added.

Tales of J.Lo's diva antics have also flooded TikTok, with one user sharing: "I have a friend who worked audio on a J.Lo project, and she had him kicked out.
"Stopped the whole production and everything because he looked her in the eyes. I have like 15 more stories like this," they claimed.
Another former employee revealed that they worked at a ski resort in California when J.Lo arrived to film a car commercial.
"We received a notice at the front desk at the resort that we were to make zero eye contact with her. Can you believe it!!??" they exclaimed.
Earlier this week, TV star Meghan McCain accused J.Lo of being "deeply unpleasant" during her guest appearance on The View.
On an episode of her Citizen McCain podcast, Meghan expressed surprise at J.Lo's behaviour on the US chat show, stating that the singer had a reputation for being unkind.
"She just is a deeply unpleasant person... It was just surprising given that people like Kim Kardashian couldn't be more delightful.
"Also, when you're coming on a show for a 10-minute segment... just fake it 'till you make it for 10 f**king minutes," she fired.
