Ruth Langsford has been pictured for the first time in a smiley selfie, just days after announcing that she and Eamonn Holmes "are in the process of divorcing".
Ruth Langsford has been pictured for the first time since her split from husband Eamonn Holmes was announced over the weekend. The Loose Women star took to Instagram to share a mirror selfie while promoting her QVC UK range. Meanwhile, in photos obtained by The Sun, Ruth was also pictured with her wedding ring still firmly on her finger.
Ruth's choice echoes that of her ex, who made his return to GB News on Tuesday with his wedding ring still on too. In the post, Ruth, 64, smiled as she showed off her outfit being "all my own work".
She posed up a storm in a utility jacket, knitted vest top, and slim leg blue jeans, before completing the look with oversized sunglasses and a pair of brown loafers from her fashion collection.
The ITV presenter snapped the photo in the hallway of the family home she has shared with ex Eamonn, 64, and their son Jack Holmes, 22, before heading out to the QVC offices for a Design Day.
It comes following claims that GB News presenter Eamonn was left "blindsided" and "furious" over Ruth's statement confirming their separation.
On Saturday, a spokesperson told The Sun: “Ruth Langsford and Eamonn Holmes have confirmed their marriage is over and they are in the process of divorcing.”
However, a source has since claimed Eamonn felt "angry and baffled" by the announcement behind-the-scenes, which appeared to be a joint statement.
They told Mail Online: "He literally found out about it a very short time before it was published – you're talking hours.
"It all seems a little bizarre given that the statement said they were hoping to keep it amicable."

The source went on to claim that Eamonn wanted no part of it, adding: "He couldn't see any reason why you would release that statement.
"It was wholly written and signed off by Ruth and her team."
Express.co.uk has contacted a representative for Ruth and Eamonn for comment.
Eamonn broke his silence on the news while fronting his GB News show with Isabel Webster, telling viewers: "Just before we move on, we'd just like to thank people for your support for Ruth and I over the last few days as to the news of our separation. Your support for both of us is very much appreciated."
