World No.1 Jannik Sinner has a chance to further cement his place in the history books when he takes on Taylor Fritz in Sunday's US Open final. The Italian has already claimed his maiden major this year after winning the Australian Open, with an opportunity to double his Grand Slam haul at Flushing Meadows.

In what feels like the blink of an eye, Sinner has developed into one of the major forces in men's tennis, and he has the bank balance to show for it. His combined ATP winnings stand at roughly £18million ($24m) ahead of Sunday's decider, though his actual net worth is estimated to be closer to £12m ($16m).
Outside the court, Sinner boasts endorsement deals with some of the biggest brands in the game, including Nike, Head, Rolex and Gucci. And it should come as no surprise he's already proving a favourite for Italian companies like Lavazza and Alfa Romeo.
His agreement with Nike appears to be the most lucrative of the lot, however, after Sinner signed a 10-year deal with the sports monolith in 2022. That's reportedly worth £124m over the course of the agreement, averaging a healthy eight-figure boost to his coffers annually.

Relationship with Anna Kalinskaya
After previously being in an on-off relationship with Maria Braccini from 2020, Sinner and the Italian model broke things off earlier this year. It wasn't long after that it was confirmed he was dating fellow tennis player Anna Kalinskaya.
Russian Kalinskaya was once in a relationship with Australian firebrand Nick Kyrgios before they called it a day, suggesting she has a type in on-court characters. Sinner has spoken of his desire to keep his private life as such, choosing not to publicly broadcast details concerning his love life.
Things are already developing quickly between the pair, it seems, after Sinner said earlier this year: "I think it's a beautiful thing when you find the right love. Like for everyone. And then, if you think about it, the best tennis players in the world all have wives and children."

As if topping the table in one sporting discipline wasn't enough, the US Open finalist was formerly a whiz down the slopes, too. Sinner took to skiing from an early age and was even crowned national junior slalom champion at the age of eight.

Victory over American Fritz on Sunday will result in the biggest win of Sinner's career to date. And not just in terms of prestige but monetary value, with the US Open champion taking home £2.7m ($3.6m) and the runner-up roughly half that.
That eclipses the £1.8m or so he received for winning the Australian Open at the start of the year - and by quite some distance. The European ace came to New York as the second-highest earner on the ATP Tour so far this year but should end 2024 with the top billing.
