Alcaraz has been handed a first round clash with Estonian ace Mark Lajal, while Vondrousova will take on Jessica Bouzas Maneiro in her first match of the tournament.

Andy Murray and Emma Raducanu are the two most high-profile Britons competing at SW19 and will be hoping to give their loyal supporters plenty to cheer about. And Express Sport is on hand with all the details of how tennis fans can follow the tournament live.

What time does play start?

Matches on the outside courts will get underway at 11am every day. The Court One action begins at 1pm, while fans will have to wait until 1.30pm to see players starring on Centre Court. The men’s and ladies’ finals will start at 2pm.

How can fans watch the action?

Television viewers will be able to watch the best action on BBC One, BBC Two and the BBC iPlayer from 11am every day, with coverage beginning at 10.30am on the opening day.
