Ronnie O'Sullivan crashes out
WORLD champion Ronnie O’Sullivan suffered an embarrassing return to snooker yesterday.
The Rocket badly misfired at the Players Tour Championship event in Gloucester – his first since winning the world title in May – crashing out 4-3 in the first round to Bradford journeyman Simon Bedford.
O’Sullivan, 36, down to No.16 in the rankings, now has only exhibitions to prepare for next month’s £600,000 China International Championship.
