“Don’t forget, at West Ham I did a medical, I was supposed to sign for West Ham,” he said on talkSPORT this morning.
“There was a Twitter campaign, I think I was the first player never to sign for someone via Twitter.
"They didn’t like the way I conducted myself.
“So the hypocrisy of those fans. It’s a very, very poor situation.

"You can't condone some of the behaviour and I think the issue was some of the West Ham fans taking it upon themselves to sort it out.
"It's almost like a civil war between the fans.
“You could see his (Noble’s) frustration with the idiots who were running on the pitch, because that's what they are.”
