De Bock, who joined Club Brugge from Lokeren in 2013, has made just eight appearances in all competitions this season.
He is currently with the Belgian club at their winter training camp in Spain.
If Leeds complete a deal for De Bock then it would spell the end for Manchester United loanee Cameron Borthwick-Jackson’s time at Elland Road.

Wolves are also interested in Laurens De Bock
The 20-year-old is due to spend the season on loan with Leeds but talks have been held about scrapping the deal due to a lack of game time.
He has not featured in a Championship fixture since his debut against Preston North End in August and flopped in yesterday’s FA Cup defeat at Newport County.
Reading are interested in Borthwick-Jackson if he returns to Old Trafford this month.
