Celta Vigo striker Aspas joined Liverpool in 2013 but only scored one goal for the club before leaving two years later.
He returned to boyhood club Celta and has undergone a huge change in fortune.
The Spanish striker has scored 17 goals in La Liga this season, with only Barcelona's Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez and Real Madrid superstar Cristiano Ronaldo having netted more.

But Owen believes he didn't have the physique to shine in England.
"A lot of people had a go at him at Liverpool," he said on BT Sport.
"He didn't have a successful patch, no question. But there were little signs in his game that he wasn't useless and now he's showing it.

"He only scored one goal at Liverpool but now he's banging them in left, right and centre for Celta Vigo.
"He may not have suited the style of Premier League football, he's quite light in his frame, I wouldn't say he was too aggressive as a player.
"Some players just don't take to the Premier League."
