Man United star hits out after Reading victory: I can’t believe this
MANCHESTER UNITED star Wayne Rooney was not happy with the media after he made history against Reading on Saturday.
Brutal moment George Evans snubs Rooney's shirt swap
Wayne Rooney equalled Sir Bobby Charlton’s club goalscoring record of 249 goals with the opening strike in Manchester United’s 4-0 win over the Royals in the third round of the FA Cup.
But the England captain was frustrated to see some of the headlines after the match focus on his supposed shirt snub.
At full-time video footage appeared to show Reading’s George Evans, a former Manchester City academy graduate, rejecting Rooney’s offer of his shirt.

Evans took to Twitter to clarify what had actually happened however.
