The 26-year-old has been exiled to the Liverpool reserves by manager Jurgen Klopp and is free to leave on loan this month if interested clubs can match their demands.
It is claimed the Merseyside club want a £500,000 loan fee and for the club to cover the France international’s £80,000-a-week wages.

And according to Turkish outlet AMK, Galatasaray are willing to exceed their demands by offering the Reds an £850,000 loan fee.
The Turkish giants reportedly want to sign Sakho in the winter window as they look to bolster their defensive ranks in a bid to regain the Super Lig title.

Sakho has also been attracting interest from Premier League rivals West Ham and West Brom, with Sakho rejecting a move to the Baggies in the summer.
But the Reds could be tempted by Galatasaray’s offer with Klopp keen to see the back off the defender after falling out with him during the club’s pre-season tour of the USA.
Sakho has made 56 appearances - scoring two goals - for the Reds and is contracted to the club until the summer of 2020.
